Custom Website Package

With the homepage of a Premium, and the standard inner pages of a classic Punchmark website, stand out from the crowd and make an impact with a striking homepage. The Custom Website Package differs from the Premium Package in that there are no custom interior pages designed as part of your package, though the page template library is available for you to create your own.

The Design Process

With a Custom Website, we treat your website's homepage like a Premium, and start the process with a Creative Strategy Assessment (CSA) that will help us understand what you require of your website's direction. If time is short, you'll be able to get up and running quicker and focus on the refinement of your homepage when you opt in to the Custom Website Package.

Creative Strategy Assessment

The kick-off for a Custom project starts with a short questionnaire that will provide the Design Team with an idea of what your dream website looks like in your mind so we can translate this into a tangible design.

Custom Homepage Design

Every Custom and Premium website is unique and tailored to your goals. In the unfortunate event that we ever part ways, your design is yours to take with you, though not the proprietary code.

Design Revisions

Your design is a collaborative experience fueled by your input and the creativity of our design team. If you need revisions, we are happy to make them with you until you are absolutely thrilled with the design.

Deliverables

Your Custom Jewelry Website project comes with a unique homepage design and revisions, in addition to all of the components that make a Punchmark website special (SiteManager platform, front-end editing, jewelry grid, and more).

Wireframes & User Strategy

We start your design with the end goal in mind. What are the keys for your success? What should be present on your homepage vs. in the navigation? We ask these questions so your website will be successful, not just beautiful.

Footer/Header Layouts

Your website's global elements (footer and header) designs are arguably the most important aspects for site-flow as they appear on every page of your website. We will design these from scratch so they direct traffic to where it matters.

Homepage Design

We design every homepage from scratch, starting with wireframes and transferring them to a Photoshop design to later be coded on our platform. The design is our best representation of your store's goal and brand and is yours to own.

Basic Template Setups

In the Custom Website Package, there are 5 basic page template setups included in your purchase. We can set up pages such as About Us, Services, History, or other pages using our editable page templates.

Expectations & Process

Our Design Team will begin the design process as soon as your CSA has been completed. We will present you with a homepage design for your review, which can either by sent back with revisions or be approved for coding. After, we will code your homepage, which will also go through its own round of revisions in a much more interactive sense.

Upon approval of your website's code, we will pass you to the Customer Success team for a walk-through and share instructions on how to add content and products to your website. We will assist your team as you learn to add this information to your website.

When everything is to your liking, we will then run through our own quality control process, and launch your website on the domain of your choosing.

Your Copy

The copy (writing) that is on your website will need to be written by you; however, we will add Lorem Ipsum (placeholder copy) to the appropriate places so you are able to see how much writing is necessary.

Your Logo

We will need your store's logo file in order to begin, preferably in vector format (SVG/EPS). Punchmark also has world-class branding services available, should you want to take your store's image to the next level.

Products & Images

All store images on the website will need to be uploaded or submitted to our team, as well as any custom jewelry design examples you wish to highlight, or jewelry product images you wish to add.
